Thomas Werner

CEO & MANAGING PARTNER

As founding partner, CEO and Co-CFO, Thomas Werner oversees business strategy, development, new asset development of private capital partnerships, and securities compliance.  Prior to founding Kassel Equity, Mr. Werner was Quality Engineering Manager at Treemen Industries and the Purchasing Manager and Chief Engineer for Stanley Electric US, where he was responsible for $150mm supply chain. 

At Kassel Equity, Mr. Werner’s specialties include evaluating and acquiring new assets, constructing deals, and collaborating with investors on institutional-grade real estate developments. 

Mr. Werner has had formal investment training in eight different specialized areas of real estate, and was formerly securities licensed with a Citigroup affiliate broker dealer. He received a BS from Muskingum College in Physics with minors in Chemistry and Math.
